These Millionizer Terms & Conditions form the Agreement between the Millionizer corporation and the Members of Millionizer.
1. MILLIONIZER: ‘MILLIONIZER VIDEOS’ PRODUCT
Millionizer is the exclusive retailer globally of the personal success 'Millionizer VIDEOS' product for self-improvementand personal empowerment. The information contained within these videos is strictly for personal growth and coaching and educational purposes. Therefore, if anyone wishes to apply any of the strategies and principles to their own life, they are taking full responsibility for their own actions and results.
The creators of the product of Millionizer disclaim all warranties, express or implied, for any particular purposes and shall in no event be held liable to any party for any direct or indirect damages, consequential or inconsequential, arising directly or indirectly from any use of the Millionizer program and its product and its resources.
The creators of the product of Millionizer do not guarantee the effectiveness or authenticity of any websites linked to the Millionizer program. All links are for informational and educational purposes only and are not warranted for content, accuracy or any other implied or explicit purpose.
2. MILLIONIZER: HOME BUSINESS
All Members of Millionizer, upon activation of their subscription, are given a ‘MEMBERS OFFICE’ resource center, from where they have access to the daily 'Millionizer VIDEOS' product. This resource center allows them the opportunity in the form of a home business to earn income from the marketing of the Millionizer product to other people.
The process is this: the Subscriber of the product is termed a ‘Member’ of Millionizer upon activation of their subscription. The home business contract is between the Member and the Company. Members only earn commissions on purchases of the US$20 subscription.
The creators of Millionizer do not purport this as a get rich scheme in any manner. The level of success of any individual in attaining the results claimed in any marketing materials depends on the time they devote to learning the business and their application of the strategies and principles. Since these factors differ according to individuals, no one Member’s success or income level can be guaranteed.
Every effort has been made to accurately represent the home business of Millionizer and its income potential. However, even though high earnings are possible, there is no guarantee that anyone will earn any money in this program. Examples in any Millionizer websites or marketing materials are not to be interpreted as a promise of earnings. Income potential is entirely dependent on the person using the strategies and principles.
3. MILLIONIZER: COMMISSION PAYOUTS
Upon purchase of a US$20 subscription, all commissions due are allocated automatically by the Millionizer proprietary software to the ‘MEMBERS OFFICE’ of the respective earning Members.
4. MILLIONIZER: PAYMENT PROVIDERS
Millionizer uses PERFECT MONEY and WISE and GCASH as our payment providers of choice. However, as time goes by, Millionizer may introduce other payment gateways for the convenience of our Members.
Millionizer may change the payment providers of choice or elect to use other payment gateways at its discretion for receiving funds for the monthly subscriptions and for sending funds for the Members commissions.
Members of Millionizer are recommended to set up a PERFECT MONEY or WISE or GCASH account for paying their monthly subscription fees and for receiving commissions.
The PERFECT MONEY and WISE and GCASH apps are easy to download and are free.
PERFECT MONEY and WISE and GCASH accounts are free to set up.
Any PERFECT MONEY or WISE or GCASH transaction fees for paying the Millionizer US$20 monthly subscription will be absorbed by the receiver (the Millionizer company). Any transaction fees for sending commissions from Millionizer via WISE or GCASH will be absorbed by the receiver (The Millionizer Member).
Payment Processor Disclaimer: Millionizer and PERFECT MONEY and WISE and GCASH are separate and independent entities. Any funds in a Member’s PERFECT MONEY or WISE or GCASH account are the full responsibility of the Member and PERFECT MONEY and WISE and GCASH. They are in no way the responsibility of Millionizer in any manner.
5. MILLIONIZER: US$20 MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION COST
Millionizer charges US$20 subscription fee globally per month to be a Member of Millionizerand receive the 'Millionizer VIDEOS' product and have a ‘MEMBERS OFFICE’ for conducting the online business opportunity.
Millionizer has no hidden fees or charges above the US$20 monthly subscription fee.
6. MILLIONIZER: NO REFUNDS POLICY
Millionizer offers a NO REFUNDS POLICY to all Members.
This is foremost because new Member positions are allocated instantaneously and commissions on all monthly subscription fees are allocated instantly as soon as the monthly subscription fee payment is received. These software processes are non reversible.
Secondly, all Members of Millionizer have access to the daily ‘Millionizer VIDEOS’ product for the full month after joining. Therefore, as our systems are fully automated and irrevocable, no refunds shall be made.
To repeat: Millionizer offers no refunds. So please do not join Millionizer if this no refunds policy is not agreeable to you or if the sum of US$20 will place you under any form of financial distress or is beyond your fiscal means at this time.
Millionizer also has a NO CHARGE-BACKS POLICY on all credit card transactions. So if you decide to join Millionizer using a credit card, please understand that this is a final and irrevocable transaction. This means that even if you choose to dispute your US$20 payment with your credit card company, your dispute will fail. This is because during the joining process, you will be required to waive your charge-back rights by way of agreeing to this Terms and Conditions policy of Millionizer.
Bottom line: If you are in any way unsure about paying the US$20 monthly subscription fee, please walk away at this time. The founders of Millionizer are aiming for this program to be here for the long haul, so you may always come back and check out this program at a later date once your financial situation has already improved.
7. MILLIONIZER: ‘ACTIVATION’ & ‘SUSPENSION’ & ‘CANCELLATION’ POLICIES
All Member’s should allow a maximum of 24 hours for ‘ACTIVATION’ of their Millionizer account after paying their monthly subscription fee.
All subscription Memberships are for one calendar month only. So timely renewal of the Member’s monthly subscription fee is recommended. However, if the Member does not renew their monthly subscription within THREE DAYS, the Member’s account will be temporarily “SUSPENDED’ until such time as the Member pays their overdue monthly subscription fees. At that time, the Member’s account will be ‘ACTIVATED’ again.
Millionizer and its systems will never deliberately ‘CANCEL’ any Member’s status. However, a Member may voluntarily terminate his or her Member status by sending written notice of such resignation or termination to Millionizer. Voluntary resignation is effective upon receipt of such notice by Millionizer and that Member’s account will be terminated.
Any Member engaging in activities that are deemed damaging to Millionizer or its Members, will have their accountimmediately ‘CANCELLED’ from the Millionizer systems.
8. MILLIONIZER: CORPORATE POLICIES
8.1. One-Position-Per-Member Corporate Policy: It is highly discouraged by Millionizer for any person to have more than one Membership position within the Millionizer program. One Membership within Millionizer provides the Member with full access to the ‘MEMBERS OFFICE’ resource center, it allows for daily access to the ‘Millionizer VIDEOS’ product, and it allows the Member to conduct the home business opportunity of Millionizer. There is no ethical reason for any person to have more than one Membership position within the Millionizer program. Any Member found deliberately flaunting this corporate policy will be terminated forthwith from Millionizer and all Membership privileges shall be immediately revoked. If any Member knows they have accidentally or deliberately flaunted this rule, they are advised to send an email to Millionizer Admin and a compromise win-win solution shall be sought whereby the Member can still retain ownership of their main Membership position but rights to their subsequent positions shall be forfeited.
8.2. Transfer-Of-Sponsorship-Position Corporate Policy: It is neither legal nor ethical for Millionizer to transfer any particular Member’s position to another position within the Millionizer database. This means that once any particular Member joins Millionizer under any certain sponsor, this is the final fixed position of that Member. The programming systems of Millionizer are highly sophisticated and work in real-time and do not allow for transfer of Membership positions or transfer of sponsors. SOLUTION: When sponsoring a new Member into Millionizer ensure the prospect knows your “username” and confirms that your “username” is the one on the sign-up page at the time the prospect joins Millionizer. This correct “username” is used by default in the software of Millionizer but old information from banners or cookies or any other miscellaneous digital devices that proliferate on the internet may cause the occasional error of placement. But be assured this is rare indeed. The responsibility is with the sponsor to ensure their correct “username” is used by their prospect at the time of signup.
8.3. Cancelled ‘Earners’ Corporate Policy: This concerns any cancelled Members that have earned commissions before theircancellation. Members have easy 24-7 access to their earning records via their ‘MEMBERS OFFICE’ resource center. Therefore, if any Member wishes to cancel their Millionizer Membership, they may do so. But their rights to any earnings that may have resulted will be forfeited. Solution: Check your genealogy online before you cancel. If you can see that you have earned income, withdraw it before you cancel your Membership. Easy!
8.4. Millionizer Admin Accessibility: The staff of Millionizer Admin are online for many hours every day. If you have any questions concerning your Membership --- and the answers to your questions or concerns are not listed within the extensive ‘FAQ’ and ‘Terms & Conditions’ webpages of your Millionizer website --- send an email to Millionizer Admin and one of our staff will respond to your email usually within 24 hours.
8.5. Contact Information: It is the responsibility of Members to keep their personal records up to date within their‘MEMBERS OFFICE’ resource center. Millionizer will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information.
8.6. Copyright: The Millionizer program and materials are copyrighted by the Millionizer Corporation. Therefore, unless covered by a separate agreement entered into and signed by a director of the Millionizer Corporation, no parts of this program and materials may be changed in any format, sold independently, or used in any way other than what is outlined within the Millionizer program and materials. All branding, logos and graphics contained within Millionizer websites and materials are copyrighted. Distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited unless the content says otherwise.
8.7. Trademarks: These names are all trademarked by the Millionizer Corporation and are synonymous with the Millionizer program: Millionizer, Billionizer, Empowered Millionaire, Powerizer, Pure Power. Their use by any Member of Millionizeris strictly limited to the Millionizer program.
8.8. Millionizer Time Zone: Millionizer operates on the USA EST time zone.
8.9. Damaging Intent: Any Member engaging in chat, email, postings, or any other medium that is deemed damaging to Millionizer or its Members, will be terminated from Millionizer. Depending on the seriousness of any particular instance, Millionizer may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
8.10. Spam: All forms of spamming are strictly prohibited with the Millionizer program. This enforcement is for the benefit of all Members. Members proven to be participating in such activities may have their Memberships cancelled and any Membership privileges revoked.
8.11. Independent Entities: No joint venture, agency, partnership or employment agreement exists between any Member and Millionizer. Both parties are considered independent entities, which are separate and distinct from each other at all times.
8.12. Claims: Any Member cannot bind Millionizer to any obligation, and that Member shall indemnify, defend and hold Millionizer from and against any and all claims, demands, cost and expenses arising out of the Member’s activities in relation to the implementation of the program or home business of Millionizer.
8.13. Tax: Individual Members are responsible for any and all taxes payable in their particular resident domicile or jurisdiction for any income received either from Millionizer or any programs promoted via Millionizer.
8.14. Inheritance Corporate Policy: Ownership of Memberships in Millionizer are inheritable by the heirs of the deceased Member. Notification in writing to Millionizer Corporate Admin must accompany any requests for inheritance.
8.15. Junk Mail Filters: Members are advised to allow all emails to be received from this Millionizer domain: @millionizer.com
8.16. Private Information: Any information collected is solely for the use of Millionizer and will not be sold or used unlawfully. Millionizer will never provide personal information about its Members to third parties without the consent of the Member, unless required by law.
8.17. Dispute Resolution: Members involved in any disputes either with the Millionizer Corporation or other Members shall make efforts in good faith to resolve disputes quickly and fairly, though neither party should be required to waive the protections afforded under applicable laws.
8.18. Due Diligence: It is understood that any Member undertakes the duty to exercise reasonable diligence in investigating and evaluating the Millionizer program.
8.19. Legal Advice: As always, when pursuing any new venture, the advice of a competent legal or accounting professional should be sought.
8.20. Amendments & Updates: It is the right of Millionizer Corporation to amend or update parts of its program without prior notice. Though any amendments will be posted in the ‘MEMBERS OFFICE’ resource center or on applicable corporate media for any Member to view.

1) You have no interest in furthering your own personal success.

5) You do not agree with any aspect of Millionizer.
